This is a message from
src/libes/vect32/diglib/old2new.c

I guess it is used to convert old GRASS 3.x vectors to
GRASS 4.x/5.x vector format.

Try to run v.support on the map, then d.vect again.

v.support also prints the same errors and Killed.
