#3080: Cannot find peertube videos by URL from Mastodon

I cannot find any match if I search for osgeo video by URL, for example
this video:
Vicky singing at foss4g2022 - OSGeo
But I can find a match for this just fine:
2023 | Introduction to Coordinate Systems - Javier Jimenez Shaw - OSGeo
I don't know why the second one has what looks like an UUID while the
first does not.
It may still be a problem related to having changed hostname, see also
#3036
