report an issue.

2. List active projects, and move inactive things to an archive page.

* FDO - 6 years ago
* Fusion - 12 years ago
* GDAL - clear banner project has moved
* GeoNetwork - last modified 10 years ago, could use a clear banner
* GeoPrisma - last modified 12 years ago
* Geoinformatica - moved, clear message at top of page
* GEOS - moved, good clear banner
* GeoTIFF - moved, good clear message
* Generic Geometry Library - moved, good clear message
* GRASS GIS - 17 months ago, unclear if this is used / active
