#3090: Irc icon not displaying under project communication

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project or edit an existing project on Wordpress
2. Click on the Communication tab
3. Add a new social media link for Irc
You should find that the Communication section is displayed, but no icon
or link is displayed.
