The SAC policies and procedures is very out of date
Items that need revision:
* SAC:Standard System Setup - OSGeo We no longer need
OSUOSL to help us set up a new VM since the switch to LXD for our
container / VM management.
* SAC:Admin and Troubleshooting - OSGeo Mostly out of
date accept for who to bug
but at least the sac irc channel is valid, though it doesn't mention
matrix address
We are also missing sections like How to initiate new contracts and also
the protocol for voting in a new PSC Chair and what are the
responsibilities of said PSC Chair and what they can and can not do.
