I've created the category and made you owner of the associated group.
In order for people to post or reply to the group they need to be members
of the associated group
The group is set so people can join and leave as they wish.
If people wish to post via email, the email address is
qwc2-de@discourse.osgeo.org. Each message to them will have a thread
email that will tie it to the thread.
You'll probably want to edit this message noting these things for new
users on this post
I also pinned that message so it stays at top. You are free to unpin if
