This is going to be a big project, but very useful:
given a LDAP userid return a list of "traces" the user left on any of the
services (trac tickets, website edits, discourse posts, matrix presences,
...)

It would also be useful for the GDPR user rights:
Chapter 3 – Rights of the data subject - General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

Such a tool would need to have "plugins" able to talk to each service, and
aggregate all the information extracted by those plugins for reporting
purposes.

The tool should should ideally also cooperate with tools installed on
externally managed hosts that use LDAP just for authentication, and
aggregate information reported by them about traces. For example the QGIS
plugin directory service. See
