I just noticed the help somehow got unpinned. I've pinned it again so
it's at the top.

Alternatively we could have anyone who is registered able to create posts.
How do you feel about lifting this rule? The downside is it's harder to
tell who your core group of people is. The upside is that it's less
confusing for new users coming on board.
