While working on Build and release Geoserver multi-platform for ARM64 and AMD64. by alfonx · Pull Request #85 · geoserver/docker · GitHub I have run
into a limit pushing to repo.osgeo.org docker.

Some small research shows that this may be a limit imposed by the web
service in front of nexus?
