I would like to bulk invite the people on the old grass-dev mailing list
to discourse. I sent the CSV file with email and group "grass-developers"
to Vicky and Regina.

Comment:

As noted in Grass matrix channel, I have sent the invite to all the people
on the CSV list.

This I did about 4 hrs ago.

Of that list:

I think 25 or so were already registered in discourse, but had not joined
the grass developer group so were auto - added to the group without a mail
being sent.

The others not already registered in discourse were sent an email.

So far we have received 15 or so who accepted the invitation and joined.
And 471 pending invites.
