You should be able to create pages already. Are you having trouble
creating pages?
https://wiki.osgeo.org I assume is where you are creating.
Copy might be specific to the page you are copying. Which page are you
trying to copy?

on the screen. The page I want to copy is the following:

I don't think that is a permission error. Probably something in our
config. We had that issue before but I thought we had fixed it by rolling
back a config.
When do you get that error - is it going to the page and clicking edit?

I have permissions to edit the page without problems, the problem is to be
able to create a new wiki page, it does not appear. I logged out and
logged back in but I can't make the change.

I don't think the create link ever shows unless you go to a page that
doesn't exist.
I tried logging in as a user with no special permissions and navigated to
a non-existent page and was able to create it.
However I can't delete a page that I created. Had to delete the page
using my admin account.
That said, just go to the page you want to create say for example
https://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/FOSS4G_2025_Community_Sprint
you should see a "Create" button.
Note that FOSS4G 2024 Community Sprint - OSGeo already
exists so if that is the page you were trying to create, perhaps that is
why you got an error.
