Hi.
I searched tickets and saw other mentions of other platforms. But it got
me wondering does OsGeo Oceania have an Official Presence on activitypub /
via a Mastodon server anywhere online?
A lot of people use this now for a bit of background have a read of
https://joinmastodon.org for help with concepts or terms of what I'm
trying to explain here (it does a far better job of explaining visually
and using text).
My way of thinking is if news that is sometimes just a RSS feed could be
sent to a Official Mastodon account from OsGeo Oceania it would not only
be invaluable for the volunteers but also people looking to potentially
help us and join our work
