Proj used to be hosted http://trac.osgeo.org/proj/ until mid-2015, when it
was changed to GitHub.
See old snapshot of Trac website here:
https://web.archive.org/web/20150501182045/http://trac.osgeo.org/proj
However, the trac URL now returns 404 Not Found. If it's possible, a
redirect to https://proj.org/ could be handy for folks navigating from old
links.
