#3378: Discourse login is confusing

The "with LDAP" button on the right is of a gray color, which make users
think it is disabled. It would also be useful to change the label to
mention "With OSGeo UserID" instead of "with LDAP" which may be just an
obscure word for some.
Adding a link to the OSGeo UserID page would also be useful
