As requested from SAC matrix room, it seems it is time to migrate our
planet code to a git repository and renovate our deployment infra to
ansible.

Planet current implementation is documented at

PlanetOSGeo - OSGeo

At this moment I can't ssh into the osgeo3-geo-docs container (getting a
"too many authentication failures" error) so I can't say from memory how
this works at the server, but I'm certain there is a cronjob for some user
that updates a local SVN repository and runs the script to generate the
planet static HTML content.

Maybe worth splitting this into two tasks, first migrate code to git and
update the current cronjob accordingly, and then afterward migrate the
workflow to Ansible?
