Dear SAC,

back in early September the CRO received a list of active charter members
to start this year's election. It turns out this list is not complete,
which has made validating new charter member nominations quite a
challenge.

Now, as the nomination period comes to an end, the CRO must have access to
a complete list of active charter members including e-mail addresses.
Without this information it might not be possible to held the election.

A complete list of members for which at least one e-mail is missing is
attached.
