Please can we create a read-only mirror of the UK list?

Nick,
Did you want to mirror moving forward, or copy all the current messages
into there.
Setting up the mirror is fairly quick so I can do that, but copying over
the existing messages is a bit more involved and unfortunately we are out
of funding for this year for general work (remaining is focussed on data
migration to new data center).
If I set up the mirror, it would still be possible to bring over the old
messages correct at a later time?

What I noticed before was that when importing the messages to a New
category the category gets created on a root category.
So what I think its doable:
- Create the mirror category under Local Chapters
- Start the mirroring
After the data migration:
- Move the category to be a root category
- Mirror the rest of the messages
- Move the category back under Local Chapters
I like to try my ideas on staging but I have no time right now that FOSS4G
is around the corner.
The worst that can happen is that when mirroring the old messages a new
category is created and the old mirror we need to delete.

archived messages, and we can work out whether we want to migrate them at

No I can not, only one person is the owner of the welcome message, but you
can transfer the ownership of the welcome message to him.
I think for the mirror think we are ok.
