It's currently aliased to mail.osgeo.org, which causes issues with certain
mail servers that uncloak CNAME and replace the original domain (#3444):

We should switch to a plain A record instead.

Fine with me. I think the decision was just so we only had one record to
change. But if it's causing issues then yes make it an A record.
