In my tests, Fastmail and Gmail added one, but a user couldn't register
because of it:

I think we can either set them in the registration scripts or enable
{{{always_add_missing_headers}}} in Postfix.

I added {{{permit_mynetworks}}} to {{{local_header_rewrite_clients}}},
which seems to have fixed this, e.g.:
