Before the upgrade I think upgrade to PHP 8+ is needed. Looks like it's
still running PHP 7.4

Okay 6.9 is still supposed to support 7.2 and above, however when I
upgraded to 6.9 it broke the site, so reverted. I did update all the
plugins though.

Will need to do upgrade in staging first to troubleshoot the issue.

Upgraded production and staging.

Probably was a bug in the script because it worked after
