Seems today discourse has been very slow or hanging.

Last time discourse had issues, it was out of disk space, but I'm not
seeing any disk space issues this time, and cpu doesn't seem overloaded
either.

But I'm still waiting for this page to load
OSGeo Discourse after like 2 minutes.
