I believe I am currently subscribed to a number of mailing lists using a
few different email addresses. I'd like to consolidate the subscriptions
to a single email address. I will follow up offline with the related
email addresses.

Got the email addresses offline. I will report back the lists subscribed.
Then you can log into one of the lists for each address and change
globally to all lists at once.
