In the incubation committee today, one of the things mentioned was if we
could use discourse to help with user onboarding and how would that work.
I noticed on discourse, we don't have a way for users to introduce
themselves to our community. There do seem to be a lot of people that try
to introduce themselves, but they end up using the general category for
that.
I'm going to create an introduction category - with items we are looking
for (some specific for getting an osgeo user id) and move existing
introductions in general to that category.
Half of our time with giving mantras is telling people they don't need one
cause they are just trying to introduce themselves or download a QGIS
plugin.
