Submit an Abstract by 25th October (full paper not required). There
will be very informative workshop on hands on training which will be
announced soon. Confirmed workshops so far:

2. 'The cream of Qgis, by an expert in the field'
3. Web-GIS with Open Tools
Codesprint: Participate in the code-sprint where young programmers
will solve and add code.
