Yes, there is. It's the SG3d module that you can get from the moon, which
allows you to overlay one cell, one vector, and one sites map at a time.
You can also overlay up to three cell maps as r, g, b layers, and you can
interactively change the vector and sites maps. It's quite easy to use. If
you don't have access to this module, things are going to become difficult.
You must then prepare a cell map by patching together rasterized vector and
sites maps and a cell map, and display them in the usual manner with d.3d.
The results will not be satisfactory - the 'vectors' will break up into cells.
