I scheduled a recurring event in nextcloud for last Monday of every month
and sent all people who attended today's meeting the invite.

I think it automatically converts the timezone. Can you confirm you
received the invitation and the time looks right on your calendar?

I also set up a group calendar in https://nextcloud.osgeo.org for pgRouting
Meetings. See if you see that when you go to calendars.
