I have a friend that wishes to start using Grass.
Her main concern is plotter support.
what plotters can be used?
and does this vary with the OS?
Thanks

Oh I've slipped the surly bonds of dos
and danced the skies on LINUX silvered wings.

You can produce hard-copy from GRASS
by postscript. Postscript is support by Linux
which is actually done on 'Ghostscript'
(postscript emulator).
If u want to know which plotter/printer
is support by postscript, type
printtool
and take a look at printer driver list.
