I've copied grass source & binaries from one disk to another recently, &
ave been plagued with various problems, mostly related to ownership &
file modes. The latest perplexing problem is when I use v.digit on a
vector map. I invoke the command, select <none> for the digitizer, and
give the name of a dig file. The program responds with the message that
its drawing the file, but I only get a fram outline (white), but no dig
outlines (which should be magenta). The program seems to hang at this
point. When I went to another shell & killed the v.digit command, the
desired vector map appeared in the x0 monitor. Does anyone have any
ideas or similar experiences?
