There will be probably no proceedings of the Paris European GRASS meeting, so
the best is to attend the users meeting!
Of course all nationalities are welcome.
Besides the GRASS meeting there is EGIS/MARI '94 conference in Paris (30/3
-1/4/94).
and, Paris in spring is beautiful..
