The Programmers' Manual for GRASS v4.1beta has been available on the ftp
site along with the v4.1beta source code. If anyone has obtained this
document, I would greatly appreciate any comments, evaluations, suggestions,
and editing comments that you may have. With enough "testing" we should have
a polished Programmers' Manual ready for the official GRASS v4.1 release.
This also applies to the Users' Manual.
