Has anyone printed the GRASS4.0 Programmer's Manual???
I pulled the cpio file off of the moon last night as a binary file
uncompressed the file, "uncpioed" the file, and printed the smaller
ps files first. I used a HP Laser Jet with a Pacific Page PostScript
cartrage. Everything went fine until about page 200 (out of 380 +- pages).
The page headers and footers printed fine, but the left margin got
smaller and smaller.
Until the text only
occupied the right two
inches of the page.
All of the text was
there, but shifted.
The table of contents
returned to normal,
until the section
that covers page 200?
Does anyone know if
either I made a
mistake, or was a PS
control character
lost in transmission?
Would it be possible
to split the file up
by chapters so that I
could reprint sections.
