Thanks to John Mackenzie and Malcolm Williamson and others for comments
about the postscript output from ps.map. It is agreed that ps.map output
cannot be directly read by other programs (e.g., xv). Ghostview or
Sun's Pageview may be required to view the output file on screen.
Anyone have an access point for Ghostview?
