The QGIS US Users Group & partners in North America are proud to announce the QGIS North America 2020 virtual conference to be held on Friday, July 17, 2020 (and Friday, July 24th if needed). This will be an online conference and registration for talks and workshops is free. The talks and workshops will focus on QGIS – applications, use in academic research, new features in QGIS 3.14 Pi, transitioning to QGIS from other software, networking with other QGIS users, and much more. Everyone is welcome to participate, but the schedule will focus on a North American audience for timing.
The call for participation (talks, workshops, etc.) is now open and will close on Friday, June 12 – it’s a quick deadline so get your proposals in soon!
More details, the proposal submission link, and the schedule as it becomes available: https://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/QGIS_North_America_2020
Please contact me or anyone on the organizing committee with questions! And please share with your colleagues and GIS communities!
Best,
Michele
