r.in.ascii .. thanx!

All,
To those who suggested that my coordinates weren't
set right, well you were right and I managed to set that straight.
Also, in my r.in.ascii ascii file, I had carelessly reverse assigned my
rows and columns. Opps, no wonder I had trouble. Thanks to all who helped.

ALSO: Are the algorithms Grass uses considered public domain? I am
trying to create stream rasters based on elevation data, which Grass'
r.watershed does, and I didnt know if the ALGORITHM (not the code) is
publically available. Any advice???
