Add more swap space. 32M ram may not be enough. You may have to
use a lot of virtual memory to get this to run. Are there many
column in the map, many areas?

|When using r.poly on large files we get the error message:

|ERROR: G_realloc: out of memory
|
|We are running on a SPARC 1+ with 32 mb RAM and 600 mb external disk.
|
|We would appreciate any suggestions on how to solve this problem.
