Dear friend...
I've some thematic maps on grass (like soil, vegetation etc)
and I'd like to convert it to vector format? Can it be done
on grass or I need to make up it on other external system?
Kind Regards, miltinho

Yes, the command is r.poly. Be sure to run v.support after the
conversion.

An other tip: if you have areas, try it with r.contour

Hi
I have a problem with ps.map.
I can not plot color (or grayed) raster map.
ps.map plots only contours around ares.
Can anybody help me?

I compiled the m.in.e00 module on a SUN Sun0s 4.13. It works fine on very very
small e00 files, but when trying to import a 625,000 byte (which is still quite
small), I get the following error message:
ERROR: G_malloc: out of memory.
I have compile m.in.e00 in linux and it works just fine on the same e00 file, so
I feel I have something wrong in my variable on the SUN system.
Any assistance will be appreciated.
Thanks
