Okay,
I found two bugs:
1. The JDBC datastore was doing the wrong thing if you were requesting
all the FeatureType attributes, but in the wrong order
2. The renderer was requesting all the attributes, but not in the
'correct' order.
So, I fixed JDBC datastore so it will make a sub-type if you request all
the attributes, but not in the right order (in exactly the same way as
it does if you request only a sub-set of attributes).
I also changed the the lite-renderer - it was requesting all the
attributes in the FeatureType when it only needed a sub-set.
Paul sent me test data, and it appears to be working for him (although
he should be using a <PointSymbolizer>...<Mark> in his SLD instead of
<PolygonSymbolizer>).
Artie - I think this will solve your problem too. Could you test for
me?
I've sent you both a new gt2-main.jar (via email) you can stick in your
installation (server/geoserver/WEB-INF/lib/ and lib/).
SVN users can just update.
