RE: [GRASS-user] edit vector map comments

Meta Data - if this is where it resides, for files, it should be more
distinct and easier to access (ie maybe even auto-generate a file with GRASS
version and appropriate Kudos to developers). (ie, USGS vector Data,
GoogleMaps Raster or...)

I believe URISA has a Meta Data Standards (perhaps for a text box, or
terminal Q/A) and there is the GISCI Meta Data Standards - I think.
