Both TracBackLinksPlugin and TracTicketReferencePlugin plugins are in
staging on https://dev.trac.osgeo.org/ and backlink sync was run for the
osgeo env ( OSGeo )
Unfortunately the new "Relationships" field in ticket summaries seem to
remain empty and there is no "Back Links" section - see https://trac-
hacks.org/ticket/14358
