I deleted the lists.osgeo.org from sites-enabled and move the one in
sites-available to sites-template. Cause we don't need it anymore since
lists.osgeo.org goes straight to the mail container. But kept it in
sites-template just in case.
I changed tilecache.org to point at mail container
