The rebuilding of containers for staging and dev in general:
ANSIBLE_CONFIG=ansible.osgeo.staging.cfg
deployment/deploy-staging-environment.yml
Where `type` = staging | dev
`--tag=backup-container-type`: copies the container with a date appended
`--tag=rename-container-type`: renames the container with a date appended
`--tag=build-container-type`: copies container-backup to container-type
`--tag=start-container-type`: starts & configures container-type
`--tag=rebuid-container-type`: does rename, build and start
