The scripts included in the file "tigerscripts.tar.Z" are for line features
only, i.e. transportation or hydrography. They will not label polygons. Sorry!
There's a couple of scripts for extracting TIGER Lines
in the "incoming" dir. Look for v.in.tiger or TIGER.SCRIPT
