So far am I knowing of Helena's work from UNIBA they are even using about
5-7 labels (original and derivated parameters) for 1 site... a standard
format should allow more than one label per site if needed...F. Hoffmann
Now I see this, I agree that this is also not such a bad idea. Then the
s.programs will just need some way of addressing the required attribute field,
($1, $2, ... etc? - an "awk-like" solution to the weak site-database
capabilities of GRASS.)
My work at UNIBA (Comenius University in Bratislava) has nothing to
do with the site format in GRASS (the data structure mentioned by
Frank was designed for modeling surfaces with TIN-like tools).
