Hi Karine,
it seems that there are two errors:

wish can't resolve symbol '__xstat'
... you need Tcl/TK 8.0 libraries. You will currently have installed
Tcl/TK 7.x. Replace the this system library (you can also use
both versions parallely, there should be no conflict. Only the
wish has to be a link on wish8.0 (in /usr/local/bin))
/usr/local/bin/tcltkgrass: GISDBASE: parameter null or not set

This is caused by a current limitation of TclTKgrass:
It can be used only on existing locations. First you
have to create a new location with basic "grass4.2" or "grass4.1".
Then exit grass and start tcltkgrass.
We hope to change that soon.
