Subject: sites_to_cell (s.menu) bugs in lat/lon conversion
We've had some problems converting lat/lon sites lists to raster maps. Using
the sites_to_cell routine embedded in s.menu, it appears that the result is
being shifted several cells east, though latitudinal positioning seems
correct.
Has anyone had similar problems? Any bug fixes out there?
