Hi list,
I have a vector ascii file (*.pol) with the
following format:

Does anybody know what soft could this come from and
how to import it to grass?
I've tried v.in.arc:
v.in.arc -n type=pol lines_in=VGEUGG.POL vector_out=test
but get a little line out of a 17569805 bytes *.pol file
