Hi,

I wrote v.in.ntf a couple of months ago but it isn't tested or
particularly complete. It reads ntf v2 vector files (not DEM files) of
either landform or panorama data into a grass vector file, I don't
know if it works for anything else!.

You can download it from the incoming directory of moon.cecer.army.mil,
or from our ftp site at avebury.arch.soton.ac.uk in the /pub/gis/grass
directory.
