v.proj

HELP!! I can't get v.proj to work I keep getting an error message that reads
       major axis = 0, or not spec'ed cannot initialize pj.

I'm trying to take a vector map from utm proj. to aea proj. What am I doing
wrong??

Teresa,
        Are you certain ALL information in the PROJ_INFO and PROJ_UNITS
files are correct for both GRASS locations? these files should be
located under the $LOCATION/PERMANENT directory of both the UTM and
the AEA "GRASS Locations"... just a shot from the hip :slight_smile:
