category/attribute of -a the area within which a point falls,
or -l the nearest line/area-edge to the chosen point.
ie a non-interactive version of d.what.vect.

The important point is that I need a _non-interactive_
command which I can incorporate into a script.
This is the core of the cgi programs that run
from the GRASSLinks interface.
My GRASS manual (old) says you can run d.what.vect non-interactively by
using the -1 option to only accept 1 mouse click.
