Where is S-Plus?

Hi,

Where do I find S-Plus and its user manuals (if I remember it
correctly it is free software right)? Is there any ftp site or
something like that to get it from? Could I run it on a Sun SPARC IPC
Station SunOS4.1.3/ Solaris 2.4?
